Hi I have now tv set up. On my TV sisters now tv box. The now tv stick down stairs. When I loged on to day wanted to purch a pass. So purchased it. Had to log back in. When Loging in got this warning message.now tv could not register device maximum devices exceded. However when I loged into devices. It had registared my samsung tv. Asecond time. And that was causing the problem. Howcome it had reggistared my tv twice. in stead of jus letting the tv work when al ready registared
It's a Samsung issue, mine does it, too. Everytime the TV does an update it seems to register itself as a new device with the NowTV app. I just delete the "old" one, but the once a month thing makes this a bit of a pain!
