Now not Open on BT Box

I have a BT Box Youview one that is said to be ok  DTR-T2100.  I activated Now on the box and watched a couple of episodes on a show.   I went to watch some more yesterday and again today.

The app opened to a nice spinning wheel and close again.  So thought, I would put it on my Android box.  installed from Playstore everything installed fine.  on open I get the message will not work on my device (non Rooted) running Andriod 10

Had a look,  I didn't get Now  from BT, so do not believe they will help much  have posted on their community forums  to see what develops   Thanks my friend

Unfortunately Android TV boxes are not officially supported by NOW and the App from the Google Play Store is purely intended for Android mobile devices.

When i get buffering on the NOW App home screen page on my BT Youview box, i tend to unplug the power to the Youview box for about a minute which seems to resolve it for me.

O well get working on BT or not at all then.  Have a Bush smart TV and they don't support it
