Now TV app on my LG TV stopped working

Constant message of error in loading when trying to watch something.

I tried everything until I decided to delete the app from my TV and install it again.

Now it doesn't let me install the Now TV app on my TV

Why??

What can I do?

same problem with the app on my LG TV. Tried everything and still not working. All the other apps work fine

Same here 

I have an LG tv and all of a sudden the Now tv app is not working from today. Previously easily accessed.

I can access Now tv on my iPad and iPhone having paid for it .

If the problem is not sorted out I will cancel my subscription.

I've had the exact same issue, today. I thought it was because I had changed broadband

provider from BT to Plusnet. Having read previous posts, here; it's handy to know it's not

that after all.

 

My TV is a LG 55 UK 6400 PLF, which updated its software two days ago. Maybe it's that?

 

In any case, NOWTV only shows me a menu of programes, which I cannot watch (on my

TV, it's the same with My4 and My5 - due to the LG update? I don't know).

 

BBCiPlayer, Amazon Prime, Netflix and even the ITV Hub are all working normally.

 

Knowing how much of a pain resetting the entire TV would be; I'd rather NOWTV

got their thumb out - sooner, rather than later. Although this does seem to be a

long running problem, judging by the dates of other posts.

 

Maybe it'll be fixed in the morning? LOL

Same issues on exactly the same tv.

has to be a clitch .

Now needs to sort it or people will stop their subscriptions.

Waste of time using live chat......just went through the motions of "have you checked router/tv software/reinstall app" then got the we are aware of the problem with LG tvs and we will get back to you

The fact they are acknowledging there is a issue is a good sign i am sure it will be resolved soon as it seems to be effecting a lot of the LG NowTV users.

Yes I can’t connect I’m stuck on screen and remote doesn’t respond will have to cancel my subscriptions maybe that will get them moving if we all do the same
