Constant message of error in loading when trying to watch something.
I tried everything until I decided to delete the app from my TV and install it again.
Now it doesn't let me install the Now TV app on my TV
Why??
What can I do?

I don't own a LG Smart TV so i won't be much help.
Though have you tried unplugging the power to both your Router and TV, then switch on the Router first (give it say 5 minutes to get back up & running) then switch the mains power back onto your television to see if it clears the fault.

Both router and TV have been restarted multiple times, I've uninstalled the app, then reset the TV to factory settings because nothing would work!
I've had the same error message for over a week now but I can't find any resolution, only other people struggling with the app on smart TVs!

Yes. Two weeks now without being able to access the app on my tv but I can watch on my tablet and phone.

I have the same issues on the LG TV. App keeps freezing every 10 mins with a whoops, something's gone wrong message. You can get out of it, the only way to reset to app is to switch the TV off and on again and repeat every 10 mins. Any ideas Now TV techs?
