Hi I just purchased a now tv stick from amazon with preloaded passes for entertainment and cinema. Neither of these are showing when I go on to them and it says I need to either pay or do the 7 day free trial?

Firstly i am assuming you have already setup and activated the new Stick and you have gone to My Account > Manage Account > Passes & Vouchers and there is nothing showing on the page or no message towards the top of this page screen saying " Vouchers Waiting for You with a link to redeem " ?
if that's the case then NowTV are currently having issues at the moment with certain customers accounts, with regards to when either setting up their new stick / box or with the vouchers that comes bundled with the stick or box.
You need to jump over to live chat to get it sorted.
