Now TV App on Samsung TV

My app is constantly not working on my Samsung TV, I can't watch anything on it all, is this going to be fixed?

It works fine for me on one of my Samsung TVs, but not on the other, though it was working last week.

 

It’s hard to know what to look for.

Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it.
Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now.
That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.

It's so annoying, it works for a while, then I have to keep on
reinstalling it!

Why can't they just fix it!

Fixed it now.

 

All I had to do was run up a different app, which worked OK, and must have cleared something, since when I went back to the NowTV app, it was working fine again.

 

This trick might be worth remembering.....
