Now TV App on Samsung Smart TV

When I choose the app on my Samsung series 7 all I get is a completely black screen. Has been like this for a few weeks now. Any ideas?

I’m also having this issue. On loading the Samsung Now TV app, i just get a “loading” message but the NowTV application never loads. I’m assuming this is a software issue in that Now TV haven’t brought an update ? Can anyone advise if they know of a fix ?

Try resetting your network settings for the TV and connect you WI-FI home hub back up. Once you’ve done that try opening the NowTV app again.
