Now TV App Problem

Have purchased a monthly sky sports pass, which we have watched without any problems for the past week. Tried to load it today on smart tv and the app won’t load now tv at all and just says there is a problem authenticating the device.  Can anyone advise how to resolve this? Fairly livid that I’ve paid for a month that i am now unable to use.

Hi @Anonymous User 

 

What smart TV are you using is it a LG or Samsung ?

 

Maybe see if switching the power off at the mains outlet for 30 secs makes any difference.

 

Should that not help, perhaps try to remove the inbuilt NowTV App and re install the App again from your television Apps Store.

Hi @Anonymous User 

 

Are you using an Apple TV with the Authentication Error ?

 

If so it looks like the NowTV App on the ATV platform is down at the moment (where i am guessing it's something at NowTV's end).

 

Just checked my Apple TV box and i am getting the Authentication Error message like everybody else on here who owns a ATV and have posted the issue over the last hour Smiley Sad.

Thanks. I see it was a network wide problem not just me!
