Not loading

For the last 3 days I keep getting a message on my smart tv which says....

well that didn’t go to plan.... NOW TV isn’t loading. Please try again in a bit.

before you tell me it’s the Internet, it’s not as my Netflix is working fine

Has anyone got an update about this? I'm still having this issue on my LG webOS TV EG910V.

I don't own an LG smart TV and can only suggest the basic stuff too try if you haven't done this already.

Firstly i would try rebooting the power on both your Smart TV and Router, if that doesn't work try signing out of the NowTV App and delete it, then re install the NowTV App again from your TV's App store and log back into the NowTV App.

If still no joy (even though your internet is working) switch off the power to your router for 20 minutes to let it acquire a new IP address.
