Not allowing me to watch anything.

I am unable to view any program on any device. All payments paid. All logged in correctly. When I click on a show or film to watch the message I receive is “Please check you have the correct entitlements to view this channel (Oxfd80007b).

What playback devices are you using ?

 

I know a couple of iPad & iPhone owners had the entitlements error message and a fresh download of the NowTV App resolved their problem.

 

If you have various devices, such has NowTV Box / Stick, Games Console, Smart TV's with the native inbuilt NowTV App, then maybe try a power down on your Router for about 30 minutes to see if that clears the error message.

 

Also, if you are using a VPN on your Router, try and disable it when attempting to watch NowTV to see if that gets past the entitlements error message.
