NoFreeview channels

I'm trying to set up a  new smart box and I assume that I should be able to get Freeview channels. I've looked at the advice already in the Community posts and the information that I see directs me to options on a menu that don't appear on my screen. Any advice?

Hi @Anonymous User 

 

The only NowTV branded device that offers Freeview via a TV aerial is the older smart box identified in the photo below.

 

All other NowTV branded devices doesn't offer the full Freeview channels either via a TV aerial or by using the internet 😠.

Hi @Anonymous User 

 

There is no option or feature on any other branded NowTV devices to watch Freeview channels over the internet apart from the limited amount of channels on the BBC iPlayer App, ITV Hub App, All 4 App, My 5 App where only the BBC iPlayer and ITV Hub App offers live channels (everything else is on demand catchup or boxsets).
