No sound while using now tv app

Hi,

while using nowtv on a Samsung tv there is no sound. All other apps etc are working fine. 

Ive tried reinstating app, login and out. Nothing seem to work. Can anyone help?

A couple of Samsung smart TV owners had success by disconnecting the power plug of the TV from the mains outlet socket for about a minute.

Might be worth a try if you haven't done this already,
