No sound on Paul blart mall cop 2

All films seems to be working fine except Paul blart which plays fine but has no sound at all!! Please can you help?

Thanks for posting, sorry to hear you've had issues with this particular film. Have you tried it on other devices? Can you try rebooting the Youview box.

We watched that last weekend and the sound was fine. We used the black box.
