No picture on Chromecast

Hi All,

 

I would like to Chromecast from my Windows 10 laptop. I can cast but there's only sound and no picture.

 

Does the NowTV app work when Chromecast?

I don't believe you can Chromecast the NowTV App using a Windows device, where according to this help article you need to cast from either an IOS or Android mobile device to a Chromecast dongle.
