No option available to log in on my samsung tv

The now tv app is loaded on my samsung smart TV but there is no option to log in.  All I get is Not a member? Join today.  I already have an account.  How do I fix this?

Hi @Anonymous User 

 

Are you seeing a QR scan code or a NOW advert when you open the NOW App ?

 

If so, try clicking on the enter / ok button on your remote until the main App screen appears.

 

Then navigate to the bottom of the screen and on the bottom grid row, highlight and click on the My Account tile box which should then allow you to sign in with your existing NOW account details.
