No commentry

When i buy a sports pass everything works as it should until kick off.  

I can here the players shouting and the noise of the game but no commentry.

If i switch to another match on different sky channel the same bit if i go to sky sport news full sound, 

As soon as its half time adverts are good and half time pundits in full volume.  But once game kicks off again no comment

Could be an issue with Sky sports itself. 

Have you been able to test it with another device?

If i put the blow TV on phone it works and i have sky sports on tablet and both work. 

The sound is working on tv unitl the game kicks off.  But the sound doesn't all go you can hear the players but no commentry

Have you tried to delete and reinstall the app on your TV?

Yes done that and app info says its up to date and roku stick up to date

So is it a native app on a smart TV you are using or is it a Now TV stick?
