NOW app not working on Apple TV

Hi 

My NOW App recently stopped working via Apple TV but it’s fine on my iPad.

I got round it temporarily by mirroring from my iPad but now that doesn’t work.

Has this happened to anyone else?

Have you deleted and reinstalled the app?

Done a reboot of the device and router?

FYI that I do not work for NOW, just a NOW customer trying to help
