NOW app embedded on Samsung tv

I purchased a sports day pass from NOW However having signed in to NOW and payment accepted and pass authorised I then opened the NOW app. but BT would not allow me to activate my pass. Q. Who is responsible for the pages displayed within the app?

Use your smart phone app to activate the membership.

Then you’ll be able to watch on the TV app. 

FYI that I do not work for NOW, just a NOW customer trying to help

Where does BT come in to this?

 

Did you get a BT-specific message, and if so, what did it say exactly?

Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it.
Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now.
That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.
