Hi guys,
I'm hoping one of you can help me out! 🙂
I have a Samsung Smart TV, and use the Now TV app to display live TV. Everything was working fine as of last night, but I woke up this morning to find that none of the channels are displaying correctly in the TV guide ('No information'), and none of them are streaming.
I notice that the Rakkuten TV channels I have in my favourites list are continuing to broadcast, and I know there is no issue with the internet connection.
Anything I can try?

This happens time to time on a few of my NOW playback devices, though I don't own a Samsung Smart TV.
What I tend to do to get the channel information back is to press the back button a few times, then try the NOW live channel guide again or if that doesn't work exit the NOW App and unplug the power to the TV for a minute and then switch it on again where hopefully the NOW App TV channel information guide should show the correct channel information.
Always works for me.
