Lg smart tv

Now tv will launch. But when I go to play it says error. But all other apps work. Have removed all other devices. And uninstall then reinstalled. Still no joy. Anyone out there have the answer? It's been 3 days now. Makes me cross when you pay for something your not able to use.

My LG tv wont play the now tv app so what i do is switch it off at the wall for a while and it clears and resets the cache.

Worked everytime so far.

Also worth noting that sometimes deleting and reinstalling the Now TV app is another shout, @schnapps does mention this in the other thread that is provided in the link.
