Getting message ‘sorry, there was an error in the player’ on every single channel. It’s all working fine on my phone, and every other app on my TV is working fine but this has continued for a few hours not.
tried reinstalling app, unplugging tv, resetting Wi-Fi
has anyone else had this problem? I really want it to be fixed in the next hour before the play off final starts

It is always worth exploring all options then you can lodge a complaint with Now TV if that does not work.

I had this exact problem.
I tried everything,
unplugging TV
Unchecking and recheking the User agreement boxes.
Reinstalling the app
Logging out and in again etc, etc..
The only thing that fixed the issue for me was to reset the tv back to its initial settings.

Reset to initial settings
You will have fun logging back into all your applications but once that's done you should be able to use NOW TV again as normal.
