LG TV app crashing

Hi,

 

There seems to be a problem with the LG TV APP. It's crash's often when trying to load a program. If I close the app and turn off the TV I am still unable to watch on the app on my phone as it says my account is in use.

My main issue is why does it crash this often.

Are you able to delete and reinstall the app?

 

Should try unplugging the TV and router for a few minutes. 

FYI that I do not work for NOW, just a NOW customer trying to help

Hi thanks for the advice. I have tried an uninstall, switching it off and on again and reinstalling the app but it is still crashing

Which LG TV  is it, exactly?

Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it. Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now. That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.
If you take an offer that comes with a ‘free trial’ of Boost or another Membership, Cancel them straight away. You will still get the full duration of the trial, and if you decide you do want to continue with one or another of the trial products, just revisit the Cancel, and UnCancel it.
