LG TV NowTV app no virtual keyboard to allow signing in

I've been looking through the forum and tried the following but still have the problem in thar I cannot access the LG virtual keyboard when trying to login to the NowTV app.

Unplugged and switched back on .

Uninstalled the NowTV app and reinstalled.

Details also asked for in the forum's as follows:

LG OLED55B7V 6months old

LG TV software version 05.80.15

NowTV app software version 4.1.7 - latest

I know the virtual keyboard works as I can click in the search bar within the TV's web browser and that brings up the virtual keyboard.

Any help welcomed.

I had same problem. 

Left it O  App the  Hit scroll bar or button in ventral navigation screen after about 15 minutes and the keyboard appeared.  It ideal, but in now

click on the username/email field and then it should popup
