My BluRay player says this:
Main Ver: BD.24065.60809.C
Servo Ver: H16SO100
Now TV app version 4,5

I have had an email telling me the problem has been resolved. It hasn't.
Can someone please tell me how to find the firmware information required?

It definitely has not been resolved.
To find info:
1) On BluRay player, click on Settings icon
2) You'll see page with following options: Network, Display, Language, Audio, Lock, Others.
3) Choose Others.
4) You'll see the following: Quick Start, Auto Power Off, Initialize, Software, Daylight Saving Time, Terms of Service.
5) Click on Software. You'll see Information, OSS Notice, Update.
6) Click on Information.
7) You'll see Software Information, with Main Ver and Servo Ver. Thats the info you need.
For the Now TV app version. WHen I first press on the Now TV app and its turning on, theres a number bottom right of screen. Mine says 4.5.
