I know you have said its not an issue with your WI-FI however it could be a problem with the app trying to sync with the connection. Please try rebooting your router as this can refresh this and help sync the 2 together. If this does not help try removing the app and downloading it again also make sure the software on your TV is still up to date and the app is up to date.
