Intermittent Sound on all films

Hi, I have You View on my BT TV box and have just added a NOW tv subscription to the box.

 

The application runs fine but when I go into a flim - any film - the sound drops out intermittently and regularly so I end up with about 2 seconds of sound, 2 of silence throughout the film.

 

The picture plays fine and the box is connected via ethernet cable to super fast broadband

 

Can you help?

Thanks for getting back to us, have you been able to unplug all the cables from TV and box for a few mins and try again? Also can you try it on another TV for us please, this way we can see if it's the box at fault or the handshake between the box and TV.
