Hi @Arun 

Have you tried both Sky Sports Main Event & Sky Sports Cricket ?

If both channels have the error code, then maybe exit the NOW App and try again.

Should that not work maybe unplug the power to both your TV and Router for about two minutes.

Both Sky Sports channels are working for me on my Roku (unfortunately i don't own an LG Smart TV).

Working fine on both my LG TV's, Roku Premiere and Android devices.

Rather than just say it doesn't work, it would be helpful if people said what device they are trying to watch on.
