I can't update update the time on NOW app on my Samsung TV. I have checked the TV settings and time is displaying as correct but it displays as an hour fast on the Now app and there seems to be no option to update this. Can this issue be resolved?

Hi, I have cleared the cache but it had no effect unfortunately. The time is still displaying as an hour fast on the app. I will contact customer service thanks.

I have seen this happen over the years and usually after about 24 hours the time showing on the App readjust it's self.
Sometimes a power reboot on your NOW playback device and Router can also force the correct time to display under the NOW App.
I don't own a Samsung Smart TV but my Roku player had no problems yesterday automatically adjusting the time on the NOW App.
