Help

i am using now tv for the first time and I was planning to watch big little lies. When logging into my account on my tv big little lies had not come up even though I had bought the entertainment pass. I logged into my account on my phone and could watch it on there but not on my tv as I can see no boxsets on my tv but on my phone ? please could I have some help to get boxsets on my tv

Are you using a Youview box with your TV by any chance ?

 

Where the NowTV App on the Youview platform doesn't currently support the entertainment pass only on demand movies.

 

This is going to change sometime soon, but doesn't help you at the moment 😠.
