Hayu

I have a samsung smart tv and have the now tv app i have just got the hayu pass its showing on my account online but not on the tv i have signed out and back in turned the tv off ect but still not there any suggestions please ?

What happens if you delete and re install the nowtv App ?

Looking at the nowtv help guide it says that Samsung 2016 Smart TV's onwards should support the nowtv Hayu Pass.

Would have thought if your Samsung smart TV has the inbuilt nowtv App and is a 2016 model or newer then you should be able to watch Hayu via the nowtv App with a nowtv purchased Hayu pass.

For some reason it wont let me fully delete the app my model tv is 2016 so thats why I don’t understand why it isn’t working I purchased the hayu pass through my phone the pass doesn’t even show on the tv either
