We released an update to all smart Samsung Smart TV Models, to make NOW TV even better.
As part of this update you may have been signed out and the TV may appear as a new device.
If you're receiving a maximum device error, you just need to sign into your account at NOWTV.com and head to My Account > Manage Devices.
You'll then need to remove the current Samsung TV from your devices, and re-add this device by playing any content on your TV.
