HD channel does not seem to be HD

Just watched Spurs v Man City on Sky Sports Main Event - it says it is HD, but picture looked grainy.  Checked the other HD channels and they looked crisp and clear.  Checked the other channel showing the game and that also looked grainy.  We have Boost so should get HD.

What device are you using to watch NOW?

When did you take out boost?

We have an LG Smart TV.

We signed up for Boost last year in early summer.

Are you able to delete and reinstall the app? Something might have gone glitchy with the app.

It is only the sky main channels that do not look HD.  Everything else looks fine.  The app was on the TV when we got it so not sure how to delete nor re-instal.
