Hi.
I use the app on my smart TV. Regularly, when I try to watch something new, the screen will be a pixelated glitch of the previous show/movie I have watched with the sound from the current show/movie I am trying to watch.
I haven't found a way to undo this other than to just wait. Sometimes takes hours before it works again.
Any ideas?

I am guessing you have tried temporary switching the power off on your Router and unplugging the television at the mains for a minute to see if that improves things ?
You could also try a fresh App install from your smart television Apps Store.

I don't own a smart TV so don't know if my suggestion will hold water.
Jack, can you do a factory reset on your Smart TV?
If possible, it will mean setting everything up from scratch, i.e. downloading all your apps again.
