Fuzzy picture

Hi guys,

 

is anyone else having issues watching the movie & entertainment packages? I’m getting a LOT of interference (video won’t upload....) think of the jumpy pics when your VHS tape had too many rewinds. That’s what I’m getting 

 

The app also keeps signing me out....which is annoying.  Seriously gonna cancel at this rate!!

 

any help is appreciated

Hi, I am having a similar problem where the quality of the picture drops out, as if there is not enough bandwidth. This is only happening with now TV , other streaming apps are fine. It is also a recent issue, used to be fine. It occurs over WiFi and when the TV is plugged into the router.

We are having the same problem. Nowtv needs to get this sorted ASAP.

Change your dns settings on  your router to one of these on this link ,  it work for me https://www.increasebroadbandspeed.co.uk/uk-isp-dns-server-settings
