Free now on bt online tv not working

Why does my free now tv not work on my bt online box

There is no "free" NOW TV, can you clarify a wee bit please? And are you subscribed in any way with NOW, or directly with BT? If the latter then you need to take up any issues with them.

Just to follow up from @redchiz1 if your billing with NOW is through BT then you have to contact BT to get it sorted out.
