Fox Freezes When Watching Live

Keep trying to watch Fox (Family Guy/American Dad) live but when the info bar disappears the picture freezes. It only happens on Fox and each time it's when the info bar goes.

The sound continues but the picture has frozen.

I'm watching on the Now TV app on a Roku 3.

Given that all other content, including all other channels when watching live, are working, it must be something with Now TV rather than my equipment?

I've checked the app for updates and I've removed the app, restarted my Roku and re-installed the app, but it's still happening.

Any advice would be gratefully received.

Have you tried to turn your router off for a bit and turn it back on? 

Otherwise I’d recommend speaking to staff directly on Live chat. Just make sure to click “chat online” within the green box.

It seems to be a very limited issue though and NowTV couldn't replicate the problem. Personally I have no problems with the Fox channel.
