I just tried to acccess the F1 on the app via my Fire stick and was presented with the message “ looks like you don’t have an active membership”. Obviously I do and it worked last night for the football. I uninstalled and reloaded the app and signed in,but the message reappeared. My account works on my built in LG tv but not on the fire stick. Any ideas please?

Usually signing out and back in under the My Account tile box on the NOW App or a fresh App download should normally work on the Fire Stick by ignoring / closing the QR scan code and logging back in under My Account at the bottom of the screen..
I am assuming you have signed in with the correct NOW account details under the My Account tile box on the App ?
I would double check that the NOW App is from the correct region (ie UK for UK customers or ROI for ROI customers).
Apart from that perhaps a reboot of both your Fire Stick and Router or maybe a factory reset of the stick.
