Films won’t play on my LG smart tv

Hi I have an LG tv and a now tv film package, I can get on the app but it won’t play any films it comes up with 

Sorry there was an error on the player 

I had used the app for watching films a few months ago and it worked fine

Any ideas?

My understanding is that there is some issues between Now TV and LG TV for some reasons. 

Personally I know the app is working fine on my LG TV as I used it last night. Your best option is to either delete and reinstall the app. Or worst case set the TV back to factory settings.

Thanks for the help, had to reset my tv, but all working now
