Fast Forward on Demand

 I have a BT Youview Box which  I have the package which includes Now TV . For just over 2 weeks now we have not been able to fast forward on  demand .  The numbers on screen go up then we stop it and it just jumps back to where it was in the first place . Now TV chat and on Facebook have been no help at all . I noticed this has been  happening over the years so wondered if any people on here has had this problem and sorted it out  or did Now TV actually mend it . Thanks

You need to speak directly with BT in relation to NOW issues where your billing is through BT directly.

 Hi ,thank you , Between BT and Now Tv no help so far . I just wish that these companies would chat to each other to work out the problems and sort it  instead of all us having to chase them up .
