Error codes and more LG smart tv

Hi 

Watching on LG smart tv 

All evening Now tv has been displaying the following on and off. 
Error code 1010 and 42000

Now tv membership expired (it has not)

persistent buffering and the oops we’re looking into message! 

Really could do with some advice. I’ve already tried the obvious solutions like router and launching app from tv settings etc. 

Ive never had this many problems with NOW TV that I haven’t been able to resolve myself before!

Are you able to delete and reinstall the app?

Have you tried to unplug the TV for a few minutes?
