Error code PL-0.

I have the NOWtv app on my firestick & on my Samsung mobile. I've never had a problem until yesterday, on my TV, saying something went wrong, error code PL-0.  But I can stil watch it on my mobile. I have tried all the steps to sort it and no luck. I have cleared cache, data, reset WiFi router, the lot!! Please help!!!
