If you're currently in Germany and trying to use our service, it won't work. If your LG TV is in the UK and you're getting this error, I would recommend to turn off your router for about 5 minutes and try again. After that, you may need to contact your ISP to get your location checked.

@HadEnoughAgain make sure your WiFi settings don't make it look like you are overseas and remove any VPN.
I'm having the same issue - there doesn't seem to be a fix here? I have Hyperoptic broadband which is always *ALWAYS* fast.
It's so annoying I can't watch more than 1 programme without having to turn the TV on and off again because of the PL-0 error code. How can I fix this?
