Error code PL-0

Now TV not working, got Error code PL-0. What is it and how do I fix?

Can you confirm what device you are using to watch Now TV?

 

Is it a Now TV stick? Samsung TV? 

FYI that I do not work for NOW, just a NOW customer trying to help

You guys do realise you both have said so little in your posts there's nothing to go on that can suggest a fix.

I am getting error PL-0 aswell on xbox one X in the now tv app alot today when streaming any channel movies and entertainment, not been able to stream a full movie without it erroring end kicking me off live stream.

Its a Wired connection, app up to date, internet is running fine and internet speed is more than enough to the xbox (testing 37mbps download speed).

Had a look online to find what this code means but can't seem to see anything.

Ive just done a factory re set on the tv and it has cured the problem

Im getting this error code on Sky Sports Main Event only. All other sport channels are fine. Its been ok for 2 years. Was using the LG tv app over wifi, changed to ethernet and still getting the same issue. No idea why but very frustrating. Can chromecast main event ok though so not all doom and gloom just want to know why the tv app is having issues.

If you set the TV back to factory settings like @Anonymous User  did as it solved the issue for the user.
