Error code OVP_00009

Why does it suddenly have an error code OVP_00009on program listed to watch now, and unable to view. What does no assets for required device capabilities mean

Susan this is an ongoing subject and problem.on another post. I keep getting this on my Firestick. FBI and FBI International are my problem as not being able to watch the latest episodes. I have not tried Most Wanted today. Apparently Now are in the process of solving this but as yet no success. As to the wording you quote I am as ignorant as you.
