Error code: 42000

Hi, I have had this for 3 days now. Whenever I go and try and watch anything on nowTv I get the Error code: 42000. This is via the app on my LG smart TV. My internet connection is fine, as I have no problems with iPlayer or Netflix etc.

Any ideas much appreciated.
