Entertainment package

Why can't I access mtv music channel the entertainment package?

You can't its only the MTV channel you get with the entertainment membership.

 

For MTV music channel you will need full Sky TV or Virgin TV.

FYI that I do not work for NOW, just a NOW customer trying to help
