I have nowtv set up on our youview box but only the movie pass comes up, the entertainment pass does not come up, it works fine on the other device I have it set up on, any help would be much appreciated.

Unfortnately, it is only the Cinema Pass that is currently supported via the Now TV App on Youview boxes.

However, BT and Sky have done a deal where later this year the other Now TV Passes will become available via a BT Youview box.
