Dramas been debited but not authorised by me

I’ve been debited £5 on my credit card for dramas and it has not been done by me and there is no one else living at my house

Can you confirm exactly what was charged?

You should really put a payment PIN on your account, that way nothing can be charged without your say so.

Also you should speak with live chat to request ALL devices to be logged out, change your password and then you can request a refund. Just make sure to click "chat online" within the green box, don't hit "get help quicker" that is a bot.
