So, Dinsey have bought Fox's stake in Sky (which was in the process of becoming 100%). The one good thing about this is Disney's focus isn't on flogging hardware but, by all accounts, a rival streaming service to Netflix. How long before they wind down Now TV/merge it with their own service?

"Mouse buys Fox" (I can't claim the credit for that one, it's the BBC Business Live headline)
Fox stake in Sky is still currently 39%. The proposed deal for Fox to buy the remainder of Sky is still being investigated by the UK Competition and Market Authority (CMA). Provisional findings are to be published in January 2018. Apparently the Disney deal does not change anything as far as that investigation is concerned.
So probably not for a while, if at all. But in reality "nobody knows"...
