Devices Not Recognised

Since upgrading NowTV recently, I am being told when using my NowTV box and my Chromecast that they are not recognised devices.

 

As such, I am apparently supposed to remove them and add them again, but I have a limit of 1 per month?

 

Anyone else experiencing this? It means I can't watch anything in the house!!

 

Help appreciated.

Have a word with Live Chat, explain what's happened and see if they can sort something out for you as a courtesy.
